Presentation of the GAPs report on legal and policy infrastructures of returns and readmission in Poland at the Meeting of National Experts of the Migration Analytical Centre
On February 15, 2024, the HE GAPs research team from the Center of Migration Research (CMR), University of Warsaw (UW), participated in the Meeting of National Experts of the Migration Analytical Centre organized by the Office of Foreigners in Poland. The CMR UW team presented the HE GAPs project as well as the key findings from the country research report on legal and policy infrastructures of returns and readmission in Poland (WP2). The main focus was on the legal, institutional and infrastructural gaps of returned migration and corresponding policy recommendations. The presentation was delivered by Anna Trylińska, Tomasz Sieniow, Marta Pachocka, and Mateusz Krępa.
